The purpose of this blog is to try and make some sense of
the role of the woman in today’s society.
How do we live as Catholic women when the only role models we’re
confronted with are feminist Disney princesses and action movie heroines? We turn to history, literature, the Bible,
and the lives of the Saints. There we
find a wealth of inspiring stories of women of character and virtue.
My hope is that through examining these women,
the qualities they possessed, and the way they faced life’s challenges, we can
better understand how to be valiant ourselves, and, more importantly, how to
train the next generation of valiant women.
